Cale's small town upbringing in Muskogee, OK prepared him to train his lens in intimate and provocative ways as he's traveled the world (Japan, Puerto Rico, all over the US, etc.) with musicians, models and fellow filmmakers shooting photos and directing, filming, editing and handling all aspects of post production for clients big and small.
Critical acclaim has followed Cale Glendending's first feature length project, 45 Days. Shot over 6 weeks while on tour with the influential metal band Demon Hunter, the cinematic documentary profiles a handful of the band's most dedicated fans in fascinating ways while offering a visually stunning look at life on the road for touring musicians.
"The opening montage is the stuff Oscar nominees are made of," raved Outburn magazine. "Kudos to filmmaker Cale Glendening for the dramatic flair he provides."
Cale is currently hard at work on projects for renowned Southern Californian psychobillies Tiger Army (Hellcat / Epitaph Records) and Grammy-nominated pop rockers Relient K (Gotee Records).
Now based in California, Cale holds the position of Production Manager / Director for Superhero Artist Management And Productions, LLC, whose clients have included Lionsgate, MSNBC, MTV, E!, VH1, Comcast and MySpace TV.
