Bio

It’s like trying to dance, slide, jump, scream, and belly-flop all at once…but with lyrics.” That’s how DMNDAYS, the hottest new duo on the DJ Club scene, have been described. The group, consisting of Erik Tinajero and David Gill, both 24 years old, is based out of Orange County…for now. However, they have the unique and rare combination of talent, creativity and energy that is sure to shoot them to the stratosphere of international stardom in the future. The buzz is that this group has what it takes. “An artist to watch in 2009.” says LAZRtag, another group on the Electro-music fast-track. “We love what we do… and what we do is pulse-pumping, club-rocking music.” says Tinajero, of Anaheim. In just the last year, DMNDAYS has put together an impressive string of career-building activities that have made audiences stand up and take notice. In early 2008 DMNDAYS took top honors for Best Re-mix in a national contest hosted by “This Big Stereo.net”, the national hipster-blog with an audience so big, it can create super-stars over night. This very popular blog has featured industry diamonds such as Walter Meego and Crystal Castles. In DMNDAYS, it has found another brilliant jewel. Beginning in 2008, DMNDAYS took the L.A. Club scene by storm with a series of sold-out dates at some of the hottest venues on the west coast. Playing at celebrity hang-outs such as Cinespace, Moscow, Avenue and The Heist, they have shared the spotlight with super star DJ’s such as DJ AM, Steve Aoki, LA Riots, and Kid Cudi, to name a few. In just a brief period, DMNDAYS has built a large and devoted following. With each club date, the DMNDAYS brand is fast becoming synonymous with the fast, edgy, hip, over-the-top style of music that makes the club scene today hotter than it’s ever been. In between local club dates, the DMNDAYS boys have also been hitting the road, playing in high-profile dance clubs around the United States most notably in New York and Arizona among others. Last fall, their remix of "NO BITERZ" was featured on NBC’s new sitcom “Kath and Kim”. Currently, they are in collaboration with producer Reid Speed and MC Whiskey Pete on projects scheduled to be released this summer, so stay tuned.
